The PEARL SPC structure is TWB’s proprietary offshore fund platform.
It is a Cayman domiciled mutual fund with segregated portfolios.
Each portfolio has its own balance sheet, NAV, and account status so investors in different portfolios are legally protected from each other’s assets and liabilities.
